Discovering beautifully decorated sandcastles (yesterday’s) and knocking them over. You and dad sharing a gleeful “aaaooooohhhhh!”.

I escaped for a short while before lunch to meet up with Deb at the local Hummingbird cafe. I chatted to the chickens under my table while I waited.

We are so so lucky having this paddock with beautiful horses over our back fence. We’re particularly enamoured with this gentle newby. (Some/all? of the horses are agisted, so there are often new ones.) look at those eyes!!

Today, we went to Mornington Market. For you, the treat was the animal farm. Your favourite is the chicken, when it moves, but you feel pretty cool patting the cow too. There’s not an ounce of hesitation or fear when you come across animals – it’s just a matter of whether they are interesting enough to capture you for more than a moment.
